Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 Egg
1/4 Cups water
1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbl. molasses
3 Tbls. peanut butter
2 Cups whole wheat white flour
1/2 Cup cornmeal
1/2 Cup oats
1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients, then add in peanut butter.
Blend next 4 dry ingredients into wet mixture.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness
Cut into favorite shapes
Bake @350 for 15-20
